RuntimeType type

This API is provided as a preview for developers and may change based on feedback that we receive. Do not use this API in a production environment.

Basic type checking is performed on option values.

export declare type RuntimeType = 'string' | 'number' | 'boolean' | 'object' | 'any' | 'never' | string[];

  • 'any' - Value type is not checked - 'never' - No value is valid - 'string', 'number', 'boolean', 'object' - typeof value must match - string[] - The value must be one of the enumerated string values

For literal values, the strings 'true' and 'false' are valid for 'boolean', and strings representing finite numbers in JavaScript are valid for 'number'.
